เนื่องในโอกาสวันตรุษจีนนี้ ในนามของสถานกงสุลใหญ่แห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนประจำเชียงใหม่ ข้าพเจ้าขอส่งคำอวยพรวันตรุษจีนถึงมิตรสหายในทุกสาขาอาชีพและพี่น้องชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลทุกท่านในพื้นที่ ขอให้ทุกท่านซินเจียยู่อี่ สมหวังทุกประการและมีครอบครัวที่สุขสันต์ ปี 2021 เป็นปีแห่งความสำเร็จของประเทศจีน พรรคคอมมิวนิสต์จีนฉลองครบรอบ 100 ปี ประเทศจีนได้บรรลุเป้าหมายแรกของ “วาระ100 ปี” เสร็จสิ้นการสร้างสังคมมีกินมีใช้อย่างรอบด้าน เริ่มต้นการเดินทางครั้งใหม่แห่งการสร้างประเทศสังคมนิยมสมัยใหม่ในทุกๆด้าน และก้าวสู่เส้นทางการฟื้นฟูความยิ่งใหญ่ของประชาชาติจีน ซึ่งเป็นความสำเร็จที่ได้มาไม่ง่ายและเป็นสิ่งที่น่าภาคภูมิใจอย่างยิ่ง

ปี 2021 เป็นปีที่ไม่ธรรมดาอีกหนึ่งปี ในปีที่ผ่านมา เราต้องเผชิญกับโรคระบาดที่ซ้ำซาก สถานกงสุลใหญ่แห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนประจำเชียงใหม่ได้แสดงความห่วงใยทุกคนเสมอมา เราได้ทำงานร่วมกับชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลและประชาชนจากทุกสาขาอาชีพในพื้นที่เพื่อเอาชนะความยากลำบากครั้งนี้ โดยมีการจัดส่ง “ถุงสู้โควิด” ให้พลเมืองจีนและประชาชนในพื้นที่ ยังได้ร่วมกิจกรรมการบริจาคในพื้นที่เชียงใหม่และใกล้เคียง อีกทั้งได้ร่วมมือกับสมาคม สมาพันธ์ชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลกลุ่มต่างๆ ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมสาธารณประโยชน์เพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ยากไร้ ในระหว่างการต่อสู้กับโรคระบาด ฝ่ายไทยก็ได้พยายามอย่างเต็มที่ในการรักษาชาวจีนที่ติดโควิด อีกทั้งให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างดีในการดำเนิน “ปฏิบัติการซูนเหมียว” หรือโครงการฉีดวัคซีนให้กับพลเมืองจีนในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่จนสำเร็จลุล่วงด้วยดี แม้ไวรัสจะไร้ความปราณี แต่พวกเราทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ใช้การลงมือปฏิบัติจริงในการอธิบายถึงมิตรภาพอันลึกซึ้งที่สมกับคำกล่าวว่า “จีนไทยพี่น้องกัน”

แลไปข้างหน้าปี 2022 พวกเราเต็มไปด้วยความมั่นใจและความหวัง งานกีฬาโอลิมปิกฤดูหนาวและพาราลิมปิกฤดูหนาวปักกิ่งที่ทุกคนรอคอยกำลังจะเริ่มต้นขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การประชุมใหญ่ครั้งที่ 20 ของพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์จีนซึ่งมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อการพัฒนาในอนาคตของจีนจะจัดขึ้นภายในปีนี้เช่นกัน ประชาชนจีนจะมุ่งมั่นต่อไปเพื่อการบรรลุเป้าหมาย “วาระ100 ปี” ที่สอง เราจะส่งเสริมการทูตแบบมีเอกลักษณ์จีนอย่างเต็มที่ จะพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับประเทศเพื่อนบ้านตามหลักการมิตรภาพ ความจริงใจ การเอื้อประโยชน์ร่วมกัน และการยอมรับกันและกัน เราจะกระชับความร่วมมือกับมิตรประเทศรวมถึงประเทศไทย เติมพลังใหม่ๆให้กับความร่วมมือแบบหุ้นส่วนเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ที่รอบด้านระหว่างจีนกับไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อความผาสุกยิ่งๆขึ้นของประชาชนทั้งสองประเทศ

ปีเสือเติมพลัง เสริมมงคลรับปีใหม่ ข้าพเจ้าขออวยพรให้ประเทศจีนและประเทศไทยจงมีแต่ความสงบสุข ประชาร่มเย็น และขอให้มิตรภาพระหว่างเราทั้งสองประเทศแน่นแฟ้นยิ่งๆขึ้น ขออวยพรให้เพื่อนจากทุกสาขาอาชีพและพี่น้องชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลทุกคนจงเป็นเหมือนเสือติดปีก คิดการใดขอให้สมปรารถนา และเต็มเปี่ยมไปด้วยพลังชีวิตในปีใหม่นี้

The golden ox bids farewell to the past and the auspicious tiger offers blessings. On the occasion of the arrival of the year of the tiger, on behalf of the Chinese Consulate General in Chiang Mai, I would like to pay New Year’s greetings to people from all walks of life and overseas Chinese in the consular district. I wish you all a happy new year and a happy family!

The year 2021 is a milestone for China. The Communist Party of China is celebrating her centennial birthday. Standing at the historical intersection of the “two centenaries”, China has built a well-off society in an all-round way, embarked on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way, and swaggered on the road of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Our achievements are hard won and we are proud of them.

The year 2021 is also an extraordinary year. In the face of recurrent Covid-19, the Chinese Consulate General in Chiang Mai always cares about everyone and works together with overseas Chinese and people from all walks of life to overcome difficulties. The Consulate General timely distributed “Covid-19 prevention kit” to Chinese citizens, made donations to Chiang Mai and other places several times, and also cooperated with overseas Chinese associations to carry out public welfare activities to help people in need. Thailand has actively treated the Chinese citizens who have been diagnosed and provided strong assistance for the smooth implementation of the “spring sprout” program in Chiang Mai. The virus is ruthless, but we have once again interpreted the kinship between China and Thailand.

Looking forward to the year 2022, we are full of confidence and hope. The Beijing Winter Olympic Games and the Winter Paralympic Games, which have attracted much attention, are about to begin. The 20^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which is of great significance to China’s future development, will also be held within this year. The Chinese people will continue to strive to achieve the second Centenary goal. We will comprehensively promote the diplomacy of major countries with Chinese characteristics, adhere to the neighboring diplomatic principle of amity, sincerity, mutual benefits and inclusiveness, deepen cooperation with friendly countries including Thailand, constantly add new vitality to the China-Thailand comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership and continue to create greater well-being for the two peoples.

Forge ahead with the vigor and vitality of the tiger and the Spring Festival is full of auspicious atmosphere. I wish China and Thailand to embrace prosperity, our people to enjoy happiness and wellbeing, and the China-Thailand friendship to thrive forever! I wish friends from all walks of life and overseas Chinese all the best in the new year, with might redoubled.
