บางกอกแอร์เวย์ส แจ้งหยุดให้บริการเที่ยวบินเป็นการชั่วคราว ในเส้นทาง กรุงเทพฯ – เชียงใหม่ (ไป-กลับ), กรุงเทพฯ-ลำปาง (ไป-กลับ)  และกรุงเทพฯ-ภูเก็ต (ไป-กลับ) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 4 – 14 พฤษภาคม 2564

กรุงเทพฯ /  30 เมษายน 2564 – จากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19) ที่มีแนวโน้มแพร่ระบาดขยายวงกว้างมากขึ้น บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือสายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส จึงมีความจำเป็นต้องแจ้งหยุดให้บริการเที่ยวบินเป็นการชั่วคราว ตั้งแต่วันที่ 4-14 พฤษภาคม 2564 ในเส้นทางดังต่อไปนี้

• เส้นทาง กรุงเทพฯ – เชียงใหม่ (ไป-กลับ)
• เส้นทาง กรุงเทพฯ – ลำปาง (ไป-กลับ)
• เส้นทาง กรุงเทพฯ – ภูเก็ต (ไป-กลับ)

และจะปิดให้บริการสำนักงานออกบัตรโดยสาร 4 แห่ง เป็นการชั่วคราว  ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1-14 พฤษภาคม 2564 ดังนี้

• สำนักงานออกบัตรโดยสารสำนักงานใหญ่ (ถนนวิภาวดีรังสิต)
• สำนักงานออกบัตรโดยสารเชียงใหม่
• สำนักงานออกบัตรโดยสารภูเก็ต
• สำนักงานออกบัตรโดยสารเฉวง (เกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี)

ทั้งนี้ ผู้โดยสารที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการหยุดให้บริการเที่ยวบินดังกล่าว สามารถติดต่อสายการบินฯ เพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทาง โดยไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมการเปลี่ยนแปลงบัตรโดยสาร เงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด ตามช่องทางต่างๆ ดังนี้

Bangkok Airways announces the delay of Bangkok – Mae Sot route (roundtrip) and temporarily suspension of Phuket – Hat Yai route (roundtrip), Bangkok – Sukhothai route (roundtrip) and Bangkok – Trat route (roundtrip)

Bangkok / 22 April 2021 – Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19 and the fact that it is expected to intensify further. Bangkok Airways regrets to announce the delay of a planned new route; Bangkok – Mae Sot (roundtrip), the new launch date for this route will be 17 October 2021. In addition to that, the airline would also like to announce the temporarily suspension of the following routes:

• Phuket – Hat Yai route (roundtrip) from 23 April – 30 October 2021
• Bangkok – Sukhothai (roundtrip) from 1 – 31 May 2021
• Bangkok – Trat (roundtrip) from 1 – 31 May 2021

In addition to that, the airline will temporarily close its ticketing offices which are;

• Hat Yai Office from 1 May – 31 October 2021
• Sukhothai Office from 1 – 31 May 2021
• Trat office from 1 – 31 May 2021

Passengers affected by temporarily flight suspensions may rebook their tickets without any change fees. For passengers who booked their tickets directly through Bangkok Airways, they may contact the airline via the following channels;
